Welcome to the heart of travel savings! At Cheap Flights Store, we’re all about making your journey as smooth as possible—from booking your flight to touchdown at your destination. Here’s everything you need to know before you book with us.
Financial Protection: All bookings with Cheap Flights Store are financially protected by ATOL, as detailed on your booking/invoice confirmation. This protection ensures that your holiday and flight arrangements are secure, and you will receive an ATOL Certificate outlining the protection provided and the steps to take if something goes wrong.
Charter Flight Arrangements: The price listed on your confirmation invoice is final and will not be subject to surcharges. This ensures you have clarity on the cost without any unexpected changes.
Scheduled Flight Arrangements: Scheduled airlines reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. The price on your confirmation invoice is guaranteed only when full payment is received before the due date. A deposit guarantees your seat but not the fare. If there’s a pricing error due to system issues, we will notify you and offer compensation of £30 to £50 towards the corrected price.
Government Actions: Our price guarantee does not cover increases resulting from direct government actions, such as VAT or Passenger Levy adjustments.
Minor Changes: We will notify you as soon as possible if any minor changes are necessary for your holiday arrangements. Our aim is to minimize any inconvenience and ensure a smooth experience.
Major Changes: In the rare event of a significant change (e.g., departure time shift of more than 12 hours or change of airport), we will inform you immediately. You’ll have the option to accept the new arrangements, choose a similar holiday at no extra cost, or cancel for a full refund.
Group Holidays: Some holidays require a minimum number of participants. If this number is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the tour and refund all payments. If the group size reduces, prices may increase.
Flights: Flight details, including airline, flight numbers, and destination airports, will be included in your confirmation. Specific aircraft types and airlines cannot be guaranteed.
Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing adequate travel insurance. Please review your insurance policy to ensure it meets your needs. If you choose not to take insurance, you’ll need to sign our indemnity form.
Making a Booking: The person making the booking is responsible for the total payment for all passengers listed on the invoice.
Deposit: A booking will only be confirmed once the required deposit (10% of the total ticket cost) is received. The deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid by the due date; failure to do so may result in cancellation or changes to your reservation, including potential fare increases.
Changing Your Arrangements: Changes to your booking, excluding increasing the number of people, will incur an Amendment Fee per person. Fees vary and will be communicated at the time of change. Additional taxes or surcharges may apply.
Cancellation: To cancel, notify us in writing. You can cancel within 3 days after paying the deposit; however, the deposit is non-refundable. If the full payment is made and the ticket is not issued, the deposit will not be refunded, but the remaining amount will be returned after receiving your written cancellation request. Cancellation after ticket issuance results in a 100% loss of the total travel cost. Charter flights incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Complaints: If you encounter issues during your holiday, inform the property owner, hotel management, or our local agent immediately. If the issue is unresolved, obtain written confirmation and follow up with us in writing within 28 days of returning home.
Legal Jurisdiction: Our contracts are governed by UK law. For clients domiciled outside the UK, the Courts of England have sole jurisdiction.
Agency Role: We act as agents for the suppliers or operators of your travel services. Your contract is with the principal supplier, not us. We are not liable for the principal’s actions, failures, or omissions.
Payment: Full balance payment is required by the due date on your confirmation. For some telephone bookings, immediate payment may be required. A late payment may incur additional charges.
Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring you have the correct passport, visa, and health documentation. Consult relevant authorities for up-to-date information. We are not liable for entry refusals due to incorrect documents or health requirements.
Special Requests and Medical Problems: Special requests should be communicated at booking. While we strive to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee them. If you have medical issues or disabilities, inform us in writing at the time of booking.
Behaviour: You are responsible for any damage or loss caused by you or your party. You may be liable for costs and indemnify us against any claims arising from your actions. We reserve the right to terminate arrangements if your behavior causes distress or damage.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for any loss or changes due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, or political unrest.
Reconfirming Return/Onward Flights: It is your responsibility to follow all reconfirmation instructions. We are not liable for additional costs resulting from failure to reconfirm flights.
Document Dispatch: Documents will be sent to the address provided at booking. For bookings within 14 days of departure, only cash payment will be accepted, and documents will be emailed or sent by 1st class delivery.
Late Bookings: May also require Registered/Courier delivery of documents in which case the appropriate charges will have been advised at the time of booking. If paying by debit/credit card, all the documentation will be posted to you on the card registered address. Third party payment will not be accepted.
Your Financial Protection: With ATOL protection, you’ll receive an ATOL Certificate outlining your coverage. If services cannot be provided due to insolvency, you may receive an alternative service or make a claim under the ATOL scheme.
